Rip This Joint LLC started out in the entertainment world — stages,
sets, and live event builds where failure wasn’t an option and
deadlines weren’t flexible. That mentality carried straight into
real estate: tight timelines, real budgets, and no excuses.
Today we focus on construction and renovation for our own projects
under the JFT Real Property umbrella:

About Tim
Tim Lynch is the founder of Rip This Joint LLC and JFT Real
Property. He started out doing heavy, hands-on work in the
entertainment industry — building stages, sets, and all the
behind-the-scenes structures that have to work right the first time.
Over time that same skill set shifted into real estate: buying
problem properties, fixing what’s actually broken, and turning
them into assets that serve families and the community instead of
dragging a block down.
Tim’s background in recovery and community work also shapes how he
approaches deals: direct communication, no games, and a focus on
leaving things better than he found them — whether that’s a house,
a block, or a business relationship.

shell company. Just a real crew doing real work.
